Community Connections started this program as a pilot program suggested by the ACTS Jr. participants in the spring 2018.

This program will allow kids to express themselves through design and film. Students will work at the UCA Makerspace to design a custom piece that then will be incorporated into their own customized short film.

Students will learn the basics of film-making from developing a story all the way to camera work. The semester will conclude with a “film festival” event where families and friends can view the completed films!
