Gymnastics

Community Connections Gymnastics is an 8-week adaptive program for children with special needs ages 5-12. The purpose of the Shining Star Gymnastics Program is to allow athletes of all abilities the opportunity to develop/grow their gymnastics skills, including: vault, bars, beam, and floor. The sessions will provide a full-body workout that develops a foundation of skills such as strength, flexibility, and agility to highlight their individual abilities.
